BACK ORDERS
You will be notified by phone or e-mail if an item is not available to ship immediately. Most often, back-ordered items are available the following day. When we call or e-mail to alert you that an item is back ordered, we will offer you the option of waiting to have your order shipped the following day (when the item is available) or you may choose to cancel that portion of your order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices on our web site are updated as quickly as possible when we are notified of price changes by the manufacturers. We reserve the right to correct any price posted in error and will notify you of any pricing error prior to shipping your order. At that time, you may choose to pay the corrected price or cancel your order.

Online orders can be paid for using major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Your credit information is safe and secure when used to make a purchase on our site. Please see our Privacy/Security Policy (side menu).

AREA A: Orders under $75.00, add $6.95 handling fee.
AREA B: Orders under $150.00, add $6.95 handling fee.
AREA C: Orders under $250.00, add $6.95 handling fee.
ALASKA and HAWAII: Shipped UPS 2nd Day Air only. No free shipping.

Same-day shipping when orders are received before 1:00 p.m. CT. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All items are shipped prepaid to customers within the contiguous 48 states. Items shipped to customers in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and portions of Iowa and Wisconsin are shipped SPEE-DEE Express and are normally delivered within one to two days of shipment. All other orders are shipped UPS Ground and delivered within 5-10 days of shipment. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii require Express shipping. Please refer to Express Shipping (below) for instructions.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Shipping (Next day and 2nd day) are available at an additional charge upon request. We are currently unable to offer Express Shipping as an automated part of our Internet Store, but will be adding this feature in the near future. If you require Express Shipping, please call Customer Care toll free at 877/608-3877.

SHIPPING VACCINES
Vaccines generally require refrigeration and if shipped outside of the SPEE-DEE Express service area (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin) require Express Shipping (see Express Shipping above). Vaccines are best ordered and shipped to arrive before the weekend. To avoid being in transit over a weekend, we ship vaccine Monday through Wednesday to ensure on-time-delivery — unless YOU specify otherwise.

FOB CHARGES
All products indicating a FOB charge will include the FOB charge in the product price. However, the FOB charge will be indicated in the product’s description in order to help you determine the product’s price before FOB charges were added into product price.

RETURNS
All returns are credited according to the original method of payment. For assistance in making a return, please call our Customer Care Team. Returns made after 15 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are paid by customer.

SHORTAGES
Please report shortages to Customer Care immediately by calling toll free 877/608-3877.

DAMAGES
If merchandise arrives in damaged condition, refuse delivery. If damage is concealed, please retain all packaging and damaged goods for inspection by carrier’s representative. Notify Customer Care immediately. We will assist in making the claim with the carrier and will quickly send you replacement merchandise. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours by calling our Customer Care Center at 877/608-3877 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.
